My self and my two brother joint family property sub divided equal and registered, this land most of the land covered with common path way, one of my brother attempt suicide, after my brother died legaler sold the joint building and land to third party without permission of other 2 joint family members ,who purchased the land ,that is other party giving problem to other 2 family member, please what to do releaving this problem, the third party buyer demolish the joint building without permission of the 2 joint family members.
